Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from the Team BlackSheep online store at team-blacksheep.com and related Team BlackSheep storefront pages.
The store is operated by Blacksheep Avionics Co Ltd, based in Hong Kong. Any returns address shown in Europe is a logistics/returns address only and is not the store operator. For store support, contact support@team-blacksheep.com.
By using the store, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting content through the store, you agree to these terms. If mandatory consumer laws in your country give you rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply.
1. Store accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information, and keep it updated where needed for orders, support, warranty, or legal compliance.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, security attacks, repeated chargebacks, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass store rules.
2. Products, specifications, and availability
- We try to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate, but errors can happen.
- Product images may show accessories, packaging, prototypes, or installed examples that are not included unless the product page says they are included.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and allocated. We may cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly priced, restricted, or listed in error.
- Hardware and firmware may change over time. We may update products, packaging, manuals, software, and specifications without notice where this does not materially reduce the ordered product's core function.
3. Orders and acceptance
- Your checkout submission is an offer to buy the listed products. We accept an order when we confirm it, process it, or ship it.
- We may refuse or cancel orders for stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, export or shipping restrictions, pricing or listing errors, abuse of discounts, or other operational reasons.
- If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount we received for the cancelled items, using the original payment method where practical.
- Discount codes, recovery offers, reward points, and promotions may have limits, expiry dates, minimum order values, one-time-use rules, product exclusions, or account/email restrictions.
4. Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed by the store. Currency conversion, foreign exchange fees, card fees, bank fees, and payment-provider fees may be charged by your provider and are your responsibility unless the checkout says otherwise.
- Available payment methods may include PayPal, CoinGate, bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout.
- Payment approval does not guarantee order acceptance. We may run fraud, sanctions, export-control, payment, or address checks before shipping.
- For bank transfers, your order may not ship until funds are received and matched. You are responsible for bank charges and for using the correct payment reference.
- For cryptocurrency or third-party payment methods, refunds may be limited by the payment provider's rules and may be made in fiat currency, store credit, or another practical method where the original route is unavailable.
- Import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and local taxes are not included unless the checkout explicitly says they are included.
5. Shipping, delivery, customs, and restricted destinations
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping can be delayed by customs, carrier issues, weather, security checks, stock movements, payment checks, or events outside our control.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address and for collecting parcels where carrier pickup or customs action is required.
- If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection, unpaid customs charges, or import restrictions, we may deduct shipping, return, handling, payment, and carrier costs from any refund where permitted by law.
- You are responsible for making sure products can be legally imported, owned, installed, operated, and used in your destination country.
- We may refuse or cancel shipments to countries, persons, carriers, or addresses affected by sanctions, export controls, battery/shipping restrictions, fraud risk, or carrier limitations.
6. Returns, cancellations, and RMA
- Contact support before returning anything. We may require an RMA number, troubleshooting information, photos, video, proof of purchase, serial numbers, or other details before accepting a return.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days after receipt if the product is unused, complete, undamaged, and in resaleable condition with original packaging, unless the product page or local mandatory law says otherwise.
- Used, crashed, soldered, modified, custom, special-order, clearance, hygiene-sensitive, downloadable, software/license, and consumable items may be refused for change-of-mind return unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- You are responsible for return shipping and safe packaging unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Refunds are normally issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. We may deduct missing parts, damage, opened packaging loss, payment-provider charges, outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, or handling costs where permitted by law.
7. Warranty and repair
- TBS-branded products are covered against manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated on the product page, manual, support page, or applicable mandatory law. If no specific period is stated, contact support and we will assess the case based on the product type, age, condition, and failure evidence.
- Warranty does not cover crash damage, misuse, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, water or moisture damage, heat damage, soldering or installation damage, unauthorized modification, firmware misuse, normal wear, consumables, batteries used outside safe handling limits, or damage caused by third-party parts.
- Warranty remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or equivalent substitute product, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
- You may need to send the product to the service location we specify. You are responsible for removing props, batteries, personal accessories, data, custom settings, or non-required parts before sending an item in.
8. Product use, FPV, radio, and safety responsibility
- FPV drones, radio equipment, batteries, chargers, antennas, video transmitters, and related products can be dangerous if installed, charged, configured, or operated incorrectly.
- You are responsible for safe operation, pre-flight checks, battery safety, frequency/channel selection, output-power settings, failsafe setup, firmware configuration, and compliance with local aviation, radio, customs, transport, and safety laws.
- Do not use our products where failure could cause death, personal injury, property damage, unlawful surveillance, interference, or unsafe operation.
- Some products may require licenses, registrations, power limits, frequency approvals, amateur-radio authorization, remote-ID compliance, or other local approvals. You are responsible for those requirements.
9. Support, reviews, and submitted content
- When you send messages, reviews, photos, videos, files, warranty evidence, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.
- We may use submitted support evidence to diagnose issues, process warranty/RMA cases, improve products, detect abuse, and train internal support or engineering processes.
- We may moderate, refuse, remove, or edit public reviews or uploaded content that is spam, abusive, unlawful, misleading, irrelevant, malicious, privacy-invasive, or unsafe.
10. Intellectual property
- Team BlackSheep names, logos, product names, product designs, website content, photos, videos, manuals, firmware, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
- You may use store content only for personal shopping, support, installation, and lawful product use. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit store content, software, firmware, or product materials except where law or an open-source license allows it.
11. Third-party services
The store may link to or use third-party services such as payment providers, shipping carriers, maps, video platforms, social platforms, login providers, analytics, advertising services, or support tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team BlackSheep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of aircraft, crash damage, radio interference, missed events, customs delays, carrier failures, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any non-excludable consumer rights that apply to you.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, supplier shortages, factory interruption, power or internet failure, war, sanctions, export controls, natural disasters, labour disputes, epidemics, government action, or payment/network-provider outages.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively and do not change terms already agreed for accepted orders unless required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. Courts in Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the store or these terms.
16. Contact
