Team BlackSheep designs, builds, ships, and supports FPV products used by pilots, integrators, and professional customers around the world. We are hiring for engineering roles based in Singapore or remote, and operational roles based in Hong Kong. If you like practical problem-solving, fast feedback loops, and products that leave the screen and fly in the real world, we want to hear from you.

What you will work on:
- Build and improve internal ERP, storefront, checkout, CRM, warehouse, and manufacturing workflows.
- Turn messy operational problems into reliable tools for engineering, support, sales, and logistics.
- Integrate APIs for payments, shipping, inventory, CMS, analytics, and customer operations.
What we are looking for:
- Strong full-stack web development skills. PHP/Symfony, TypeScript, React, SQL, and API integration experience are useful.
- Comfortable reading existing systems, debugging production issues, and shipping small correct improvements quickly.
- Clear written communication and enough product sense to understand what operations actually needs.

What you will work on:
- Firmware, tooling, test flows, and production support for FPV radio, video, flight, and accessory products.
- Bring-up, debugging, manufacturing test support, field issue analysis, and release tooling.
- Work closely with hardware, software, support, and manufacturing teams.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, peripherals, bootloaders, RF-adjacent products, or production test tooling.
- Comfortable with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, serial logs, hardware debugging, and careful release discipline.
- FPV, RC, RF, robotics, or electronics manufacturing experience is a strong plus.

What you will work on:
- Mechanical design, prototyping, fixtures, enclosures, mounts, packaging, and product improvements for FPV hardware.
- Take ideas from rough prototype to manufacturable parts with clear drawings, tolerance thinking, and supplier feedback.
- Support field failures, design revisions, test jigs, and manufacturing documentation.
What we are looking for:
- CAD experience, prototyping discipline, and practical knowledge of plastics, CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing, or small-product manufacturing.
- Ability to document designs clearly and work with electronics, firmware, and production teams.
- Drone, RC, aerospace, camera, robotics, or consumer electronics experience is useful.

What you will work on:
- Coordinate orders, purchasing, stock movements, supplier follow-up, customer operations, and internal handoffs.
- Keep ERP records, shipment status, and operational notes accurate so the team can move quickly.
- Help sales, support, warehouse, and manufacturing teams resolve daily blockers.
What we are looking for:
- Organized, detail-oriented operator with strong follow-through and clear communication.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, ERP systems, email, supplier/customer follow-up, and structured checklists.
- English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is useful.

What you will work on:
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, count, and organize FPV products, spare parts, returns, and production materials.
- Keep stock locations, shipment paperwork, and warehouse records accurate.
- Work with support and operations on returns, replacements, and urgent shipments.

- Reliable, careful, hands-on teammate with warehouse, logistics, inventory, or shipping experience.
- Comfortable using barcode/ERP tools and following exact packing and documentation requirements.
- Experience with international shipping, batteries, electronics, or customs paperwork is useful.

- FPV, RC, electronics, drones, soldering, firmware, or troubleshooting experience is a major plus.
