TBS Agent

Software and firmware updates

Use TBS Agent to configure, update, and troubleshoot supported Team BlackSheep products. Start with Agent Web unless you specifically need the desktop installer or the radio-based Agent Lite tool.

Quick downloads

Use these direct links for the current Agent tools. Agent Web opens in the browser; Desktop and Lite packages download as ZIP files.

Before you troubleshoot

Most update problems are connection, browser, cable, or bootloader-state issues. Check these first.

  • Use a USB data cable, not a charge-only cable.
  • Use Chrome for Agent Web and allow the browser to access the USB device when prompted.
  • Try another USB port and disconnect other serial/USB tools that may hold the device open.
  • If the device is not detected, reboot it and check whether it needs to be placed into bootloader/update mode.
  • On Android, browser and USB support can vary by device. For firmware updates, a desktop computer is usually the safer path.
  • For Agent Lite, confirm the LUA files are copied to the correct radio SD card folder and that your radio firmware supports the script.
